Who We Are
C360 began as Tribalinx and Greenlinx in 2012 to help Native American tribes in the U.S. In 2018, we rebranded to our current Community and Connected brands in the Philippines, aiming to grow the BPO industry in rural areas. We obtained a nationwide license and became the first telecom company in the Philippines to provide a complete wireless, fiber, and satellite network for the islands. Today, we are a sustainable platform for clients in emerging markets.
We are a Microsoft-incubated startup, tracing our roots to our relaunch from the US at the USTP Tech-Entrepreneurship Incubator in Cagayan de Oro. We offer fast internet, sustainable energy, and managed services, including an ERP solution to help businesses improve operations. Our goal is to assist companies, cooperatives, and local governments in achieving sustainability by providing innovative and cost-effective infrastructure services, which can drive the development of smart cities and rural communities nationwide.

Leadership Team
Sven Ische
President & Chairman
Sven Ische, CEO and co-founder of C360, specializes in sustainability and green energy. With experience in business development and project management, he previously held senior roles at Oracle and SoftwareONE in Singapore and launched electric cars at BMW. He spent 12 years as a management consultant for firms like PWC and IBM. Sven holds an MBA from the University of Trier and is a certified project manager, based in Singapore with his family.
James McCorkle
Chief Executive Officer
James leads our business support efforts with over 30 years of experience, starting his tech career in Washington State’s first Microsoft DOS Computer Programming Class. He launched USA’s 1st Super WiFi with Cellular Offloading network and developed strategies at SunRun that achieved 100% client satisfaction. He also collaborated on healthcare’s first BPO Platforms, generating over $1 billion annually. James graduated from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Wadan Rainer
Chief Operating Officer
Wadan Rainer, COO of C360, has 20 years of experience in sustainability and renewable energy. He led Energy Engineering teams in the Philippines on innovative projects in Australia and New Zealand for the past decade, enabling efficient rollout of sustainable energy initiatives. Wadan also directed the energy strategy for Mislatel, earning the New 3rd Player title, now DITO. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and is a Rhodes Scholarship finalist.
Hari Ramachandran
Chief Technology Officer
Experienced entrepreneur with international consulting and IT skills, particularly in healthcare and fintech. Currently the Chief Technology Officer at C360, he manages projects with budgets up to $50 million, including Megalink, the world’s first Telephony Based Switch. Known for being dynamic and business-savvy, he has notable achievements in product development. Specialties include program/project management and strategic planning.
Sid Roberts
Chief Connectivity Officer
Meet Sid Roberts, the Chief Connectivity Officer (CCO) at Community C360 Group Cooperation (CWPC). With over 40 years in telecommunications, Sid previously connected over 3 million underserved individuals in the US as a program manager at Microsoft. Sid also spent 15 years at AT&T as Director of Radio Access Network Engineering, contributing to the GSM network. He began his career at Rockwell International, designing systems for the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Sid earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in Telecommunications Policy from the University of Denver.
David Jensen
Chief Financial Officer
David Jensen is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner of C360 RCM, which offers cloud-based Revenue Cycle Management solutions. He is also the CEO of CareerWize, LLC, an online education company. Previously, he founded Aviacode Inc., a firm that developed cloud-based RCM technology for healthcare providers. David specializes in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Coding, Billing, and Learning Management Systems. He earned his MBA from Brigham Young University.
